At CACTOVEA VEGANLEATHER PRIVATE LIMITED, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted cactus leather products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, refund, or cancellation.
1. Returns
Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Items purchased during certain promotional events (unless defective or wrong item received)
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
Select the order and click "Request Return".
Choose the reason for the return and submit your request.
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, a free pickup will be scheduled at your address.
Alternatively, email support@cactovea.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Processing Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, or bank account).
- Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Refund Amount
Defective, damaged, or wrong item
Full refund including shipping charges.
Change of mind / other reasons
Product amount only. Original shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable.
Coupon or discount applied
Refund will be adjusted for the discounted amount paid.
COD orders
Refund via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide bank details.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different color or variant of the same product, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange:
- Go to My Orders in your account and submit an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- The original product must be unused and in original packaging.
- If the replacement product is priced higher, you will be charged the price difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
4. Order Cancellation
By Customer
- You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped (status: Pending or Confirmed).
- To cancel, go to My Orders in your account and use the “Cancel Order” option, or email us at support@cactovea.com.
- A full refund will be processed for successfully cancelled online-paid orders within 5–7 business days. COD orders will not incur any charge.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
By Cactovea
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information error on our platform
- Suspected fraudulent transaction or policy misuse
- Unable to fulfill delivery to the provided address
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@cactovea.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup and either replace the product or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
- Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
