1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India to 29,000+ serviceable pin codes. You can verify serviceability for your pin code on the product page before placing your order.
International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding globally and will update this policy accordingly.
2. Shipping Charges

Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, festive season surges, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order is confirmed and again when it is shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your Cactovea account.
6. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket network carriers, and other reliable courier services. The carrier assigned to your shipment is based on your location and availability.
7. Packaging
All Cactovea products are carefully packaged in premium, eco-conscious packaging designed to protect your order during transit. Our packaging reflects our commitment to sustainability — minimal plastic, recyclable materials, and thoughtful presentation.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts if you are unavailable.
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin).
- Once we receive the returned parcel, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or process a refund, after deducting applicable return shipping charges.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Cactovea is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us at support@cactovea.com as soon as possible.
10. Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will investigate and resolve the matter — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
