• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our cactus leather products.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We do not guarantee the availability of any product.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability.
• An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through PhonePe and other authorized payment gateways.
• We do not store any card or bank account details on our servers.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
